9. YOUR RIGHTS WITH RESPECT TO PERSONAL DATA.
You may also send us an e-mail at info@richenfinance.com to request access to, correct or delete any personal information
free of charge that you have provided to us. We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user
account.
We will respond to a request to access, correct or delete any data within 30 days of the date we receive the request.
We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate or breach any law or legal
requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
If, on your request, we refuse to amend, correct or delete your personal information, we will set out our reasons for not doing
so and provide you with details of how you may complain about our refusal.
If you delete your User Contributions from the Service, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and
archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other Service users. Proper access and use of information provided on
the Service, including User Contributions, is governed by our Terms and Conditions

You acknowledge and agree that Ruicheng Global Limited may use outsourced data base (Centrix or equivalent database/software) to determine where I am/we are recorded with any notation as a Politically Exposed Person (PEP).
You acknowledge and agree Ruicheng Global Limited is subject to anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism laws (the AML/CFT Act) in New Zealand. This may include reporting of suspicious activities required by the AML/CFT Act to the Financial Intelligence Unit of the New Zealand Police.
You agree to provide Ruicheng Global Limited (and its employees, agents, nominees and related entities) with all reliable information and other assistance it reasonably requires establishing the bona fides of the source of my/our funds/wealth, and to comply with the AML/CFT Act.
You represent and warrant that you have no cause to believe the funds used for money remittances are the proceeds of crime or will be used to finance terrorism.
You understand that failure to comply with the reasonable request for information by Ruicheng Global Limited to satisfy the AML/CFT Act could result in my/our application being rejected. You agree to indemnify Ruicheng Global Limited (and its employees, agents, nominees and related entities) against any loss it suffers because of me/us providing incorrect or incomplete information.
You confirm that you are authorised to provide the personal details presented and consent to the information being checked with the document issuer, official record holder or authorised record holder via third party systems for the purpose of confirming an identity.
